This project aims at designing an Erasmus Mundus Joint Master (EMJM) as a programme of excellence on Geotechnics of urban infrastructures. This future program to be developed jointly with HEI consortium partners from Albania, Austria, France, Hungary and Portugal, with long experience in research and teaching in this field, the ambition is to enrol worldwide students and deliver them the necessary education, technical and scientific skills, in order to be able to analyse in depth environmental, geotechnical and structural data in order to design, protect, renovate resilient urban infrastructures and integrate/develop holistic approaches for green and smart cities. The ambition of partners of the future EMJM is to set up a programme to be the benchmark in the field of geotechnical infrastructures, fully compliant Standards for Quality Assurance of Joint Programmes, promoting the excellence and the equality of chances of students. With this ambition, the present EMDM project has as its objective to create all necessary conditions, and tools and to make all necessary steps to have an EMJM ready to run, and submit its proposal in the framework of Erasmus+ Partnership for Excellence calls. The tasks to be performed during this EMDM project and the results to be obtained include : -Designing joint tools for implementation of the programme such as policy of student selection and mobility, admission requirements, evaluation of performance, policy of scholarship and fees, joint financial management, staff mobility - Choice of accreditation organization, choice of EQAR-registered quality assurance agency for the programme evaluation, application for the programme accreditation - Preparation of the draft of the Partnership Agreement of the consortium of the future EMJM ensuring commitment and backing of all HEI partners - Developing a network of industrial partnerships supporting the EMJM - Developing tools (website, partnerships) to ensure the international worldwide promotion of our EMJM
