The LEADS project aims to modernize transversal education in the Algerian higher education system through languages, entrepreneurship and digital skills awareness. This project aims at developing a state-of-the-art certification system and select the most appropriate practices to implement. Three transnational competence committees are formally appointed. With the help of the European partners, their job is to create three knowledge bases and certification standards. The repository is officially recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The certificate is issued in addition to the Diploma. This project will train academic advisers in Algeria to provide high-quality multimedia training resources. They subsequently train teacher and certification candidates for higher Education Institution partners. LEADS provides state-of-the-art studio courses and certification centers to partner educational institutions. It trains installation and maintenance engineers and provides assistance for teacher use. LEADS is primarily designed for undergraduate students. The qualification, nonetheless, may be of interest not only to master's and doctoral level students, but also to academic, technical, and administrative staff, along with anyone engaged in the process of lifelong learning. The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research will disseminate the project results to all higher education institutions in Algeria. New graduates are qualified to work with digital technologies, are fluent in a foreign language, and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
