Healthcare is undergoing important changes no one can deny that world’s healthcare systems face serious challenges Multimodal biomedical imaging and microscopy play a huge role in healthcare in various diseases’ management and with the rapid evolution of multimodal biomedical imaging and microscopy technology development this trend is accelerating. In this context, the IMMEDIACY project aims to develop a multidisciplinary joint master’s degree in “Multimodal Biomedical Imaging and Microscopy”. The IMMEDIACY project will contribute to Europe's innovation performance. The complementarity of the consortium, a cooperation among higher education institutions and industry, research-oriented organization, and hospitals is based on the diversified expertise and knowledge, substantially covering all skills and resources that are required for the IMMEDIACY’s successful implementation. This complementarity along with the main experience, skills and expertise that each partner brings are based on pre-existing work or EU funded projects. Synergies with EU projects and initiatives will maximize impact at national and EU level. The proposal fits in with the objective of the call as it is focused on the development of new, innovative, high-level integrated transnational study programs at Master’s level in a thematic area that is underrepresented in Erasmus Mundus
