Cybersecurity professionals face an unprecedented number of threats, record-breaking attacks, a shortage of skilled personnel and increasing aggression from terrorist organisations and undemocratic governments. Analysis shows that most cybersecurity breaches are related to unpatched vulnerabilities and legacy systems, meaning that many cyber-attacks could have been prevented. IT teams find it difficult to keep up with the pace of new cyber-attacks, especially when cyber security specialists are scarce. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has the potential to revolutionize the field of cybersecurity by improving threat detection and response. The use of AI technology will enable cybersecurity professionals to deal with more threats than ever before, the complexity and intensity of which will only increase, using fewer and fewer resources. The project's main idea is to develop and implement an innovative model for training highly qualified specialists in cybersecurity based on the research and use of the latest scientific achievements in the field of artificial intelligence, interactive and blended learning methods, MOOC technology, promotion of global humanitarian values and cooperation of all academic participants and representatives of employers, public organizations and authorities. The project aims to improve the directions and forms of collaboration and communication for all academic participants and representatives of employers, public organisations and authorities; and to enhance the skills of teaching staff to gain skills in digitalisation and intercultural competence. The joint Master's programme will not only facilitate the mutual exchange of best practices and experiences in the organisation of the educational process, but also contribute to familiarity, understanding and enrichment of the partners' cultural values.
