The project focuses on improving VET students' key entrepreneurial competencies, skills, and employability potential by developing new and innovative VET education tools and curricula for entrepreneurial thinking while encouraging social intelligence. The general objective is to develop, for each participant, their ability to actively participate in society, manage their own lives and careers, and take initiatives to create new values. The participants will benefit from entrepreneurial learning and develop the business knowledge and essential skills and attitudes, including, among other competencies, creativity, initiative, tenacity, teamwork, understanding of risk, and a sense of responsibility. The entrepreneurial capacity and mindset help future entrepreneurs transform ideas into action and significantly increase employability. A dozen activities will take place, such as: research of the current situation of the key entrepreneurial competencies (ex-ante and ex-post analysis), developing a training program and innovative training material for the key competencies, training the teachers how to work with students and transfer the acquired knowledge, training 300 students to acquire key entrepreneurial competencies, and develop an all-new curriculum for Innovative entrepreneurship which is in line with the challenges of 4th Industrial revolution. The project will produce 12 main outputs, for instance, Informative-promotional material (Entrepreneurial high-speed train - jump in time), case study, interactive website & forum, a tool for assessing the current state of entrepreneurial competencies, the key entrepreneurial competencies descriptors, dissemination conference, training program and training material. Besides direct school participants, the project's beneficiaries will be VET/secondary schools of the Western Balkans and Europe, and all interested parties - policymakers, business community, chambers of commerce, social enterprises, employment services, etc.
