The aim of the TERRA (Towards Education open badges system to Reach employability in Regenerative Agriculture) is to enhance existing training model for Regenerative Agriculture in two ways: enrich qualification ecosystem for regenerative agriculture jobs and also supply a way in terms of Micro Credentials design for learning actions (on line, blended and face to face learning) based in Open Badges System. TERRA will become a proactive meeting point for resources interchange in Micro Credentials for Regenerative Agriculture suitable for employers, agriculture workers as well as for VET trainers and learners in regenerative agriculture throughout Europe. TERRA project is based in following activities: identification of regenerative agriculture jobs needs in terms of required skills by employers, design of educational itineraries based on small short terms learning contents, definition of Micro Credentials system, skills acknowledgement framework of mentioned short terms learning contents, pilot development as testbed and validation of designed Micro Credentials and creation and delivery an open source common platform for sharing TERRA open badge ecosystem. TERRA will have a number of 1200 users of expected outcomes for three profiles: 600 small farmers and 400 agriculture workers and 200 VET trainers Expected results will be as follows: i) a report in regenerative agriculture jobs needs in terms of required skills by employers, ii) 4 educational itineraries report based on small short terms learning contents, iii) a report in Micro Credentials definition, iv) a methodological guide in Micro Credential system for three user profiles in Regenerative Agriculture, v) A guide in skills acknowledgement framework of short terms learning contents, vi) 4 country reports in MicroCredentials for Regnerative Agriculture, vii) An open source kit (as tool box) for Micro Credentials creation based in open badge ecosystem. In total, 2 guides, 1 open source kit and 4 reports.
