Web3 Innovation HUB aims to enhance regional innovation and entrepreneurship capacity in the Western Balkans through developing Web3 and entrepreneurial skills, fostering green blockchain solutions and decentralized science communities. Partners will set up a regional Web3 Innovation HUB which will focus on driving the regional innovation and entrepreneurship capacity in HEIs through 3 main areas: 1) Developing and implementing new Web3 courses in Higher Education to upskill students and staff in the Western Balkans region, catering specifically to Web3 (DeepTech) industry requirements. 2) Setting up a Web3 startup incubator with a focus on developing green blockchain solutions. 3) Establishing a Decentralized Science (DeSci) network to build a research community engaged in projects and activities that utilize DeSci tools, thereby also driving innovation in this area.
