The COLIBRI-G project involves a consortium of 4 partners: Universities of Bordeaux (France), Ferrara (Italy), Hacettepe (Türkiye) and the IPB (Portugal), have decided to work together to build a new, commonly designed and joint Erasmus Mundus Master program, following the European quality approach for joint programs. The objective is to build a fully integrated and competitive EMJM designed by leading European Higher Education Institutions in the field of quality control of drugs and natural products using green analytical methods. The Consortium is supported by worldwide Associate Partners (pharma-industry, research institutes and universities), Including LEEM, which is the French industry association which represents over 260 drug companies operating in France and who have extensive experience in quality management of health products. Leem is also a member of the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Associations and Industries (EFPIA) and of the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers & Associations (IFPMA). The consortium will work together during 15 months to develop a joint study program COLIBRIG, define mobility periods and establish joint agreement for managing services that will be offered to students, additionally they will cooperate with the associate partners to implement new innovative teaching methods inspired from the most recent approaches used in academic institutions worldwide. Our overall objective following the 15 months of the EMDM project, is to establish the joint diploma program with all the key elements that will allow us to respond to the 2025 call for projects for Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters. On the basis of a common objective of setting up a master's degree which involves the 4 universities but also meets the needs of the pharmacy industry in Europe and around the world while being in compliance with environmental requirement. The project tasks will be shared between the different members of the consortium.
