The MISEI joint master, a culmination of two years' dedicated work supported by an EMDM grant, aims to train specialized managers in both the public and private sectors on the intricacies of inclusive education. This addresses a growing challenge for the European Union and countries dealing with an increasingly diverse and plural society. MISEI’s relevance is highlighted by recent ratifications from international organizations such as OECD and EC, also aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals 4 and 10. Led by Université de Lorraine, the MISEI consortium includes esteemed institutions like Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore - Milano and Université de Neuchâtel - Switzerland. Collaborating with 14 academic and 14 non-academic associated partners from both North and South, they have collectively refined the curriculum based on empirical proven needs. These strategic collaborations will ensure graduates are well-prepared for rapid integration into the growing labor market in inclusive education. The program's methodology focuses on the multi-dimensional aspects of inclusive education and its societal repercussions. This approach necessitates a cross-disciplinary, multi-thematic, and cross-sectoral training program, making MISEI internationally unique. Each consortium partner brings its unique expertise, enhancing the overall richness of the training program. Beyond its academic rigor, MISEI offers a practical and immersive experience. The teaching team's mobility, an extensive seminar series featuring international experts, and an innovative teaching approach that blends theory with real-world observations contribute to the program's allure. Training trips, winter and summer schools, career guidance sessions, and a job fair further enhance MISEI's position as an indispensable master's program addressing inclusive education. Additionally, it serves as a vehicle for portraying Europe as a continent committed to openness and the celebration of diversity.
