The project seeks to elevate the expertise of VET teachers and trainers in entrepreneurship and digital skills through a blend of online, face-to-face, and work-based learning opportunities. Central to its mission is the establishment of an international network of VET providers spanning across Azerbaijan and Armenia, with the potential for expansion throughout the EU and the broader Neighbourhood East region. Key activities include: - Adapting and transferring successful practices from Erasmus+ funded initiatives to craft innovative training approaches and materials in entrepreneurial learning and digital skills; - Fostering communication and collaboration among VET providers at both local and international levels, facilitating the exchange of best practices, initiatives, and tools. This includes organizing job shadowing and technical visits for VET teachers and staff to enhance professional development; - Spearheading innovation in VET programs by promoting collaboration between educational institutions, public authorities, and private companies. This involves implementing contest-based initiatives like hackathons, where mixed teams of VET students and stakeholders collaborate to co-design digital and entrepreneurial solutions for societal challenges.
