INNOVET LATAM aims to increase the significance of VET in Guatemala and Venezuela, so that they can promote socio-economic growth in rural and disadvantaged regions. It aligns perfectly with several objectives of the call in particular "building the capacity of VET providers to strengthen cooperation between private and public stakeholders in VET. INNOVET LATAM has the objective to initiate and support processes that empower third countries’ partners to improve and modernize VET systems and provision. The project will:1. develop and implement an innovative methodology to broker and establish cross-border and multi-sectoral collaboration among VET operators. The INNOVET LATAM methodology is complemented by actionable tools to operationalize EU-relevant tools (EQF, ESCO, Cedefop, EuroPass) to transform VET environments into “agents of change” to trigger local socio-economic development and empowerment. 2. A set of training modules entrenched in the EntreComp Framework will reinforce the capacity of VET staff to be more resilient and responsive to labor market dynamics and allow VET systems to embed EntreComp in their provision. The purpose of INNOVET LATAM is not to assess, study or research BUT to develop operational tools as concrete solutions for VET organizations, their staff and learners. The EU partners have extensive experience in various aspects of VET (policy, practice, implementation) at EU level that ensure strong operational and educational accuracy in all activities, including: 1.The design of at least 10 tools + training to bring VET closer to job market reaching at least 100 learners. 2.The design of a Suite with 5 tools + trainings to implement the EntreComp Framework in Guatemala and Venezuela, both at organizational and at product level reaching at least 100 learners. 3. Capacity building and mobilities of at least 36 pp. 4. Impact assessment to broker a true and sustainable action of capacity building bridging Latina America and EU VET ecosystems.
