A Transformative Programme: This Erasmus Mundus-supported initiative unites RCSI (Ireland), Charles University (Czechia)(CU), and UMass Chan-Lahey Medical Campus (USA) to develop an M.Sc in International Healthcare Transformation. Leveraging expertise from North America and Europe, along with Massachusetts’ innovation ecosystem, it equips professionals to drive systemic change. The curriculum trains leaders in healthcare innovation, AI competency, digital health, and emerging technologies. It integrates RCSI’s strengths in pharmacy, medicine, physiotherapy, nursing, and connected health, CU’s expertise in AI-driven digital health and regulatory insights, and UMass’s focus on neurological disorders, implementation of e-health systems and healthcare leadership. Erasmus Mundus Design Measure funding will support assessing technical, regulatory, and implementation challenges while developing an interdisciplinary curriculum blending taught and research components. Erasmus+ Priorities: This M.Sc supports Erasmus+ objectives, enhancing learning mobility, fostering global partnerships, and promoting digital transformation. It prepares healthcare professionals with transatlantic teaching excellence and knowledge exchange with an accessible, innovative curriculum, including project-based learning to ensure real-world applications and drive meaningful healthcare transformation. Institutional & Global Impact: By strengthening industry partnerships, improving digital health literacy, and increasing employability, the M.Sc fosters AI-driven, patient-centered care.
