The PACE project aims to strengthen the capacity of youth organisations in Ukraine, Moldova, and Georgia to support displaced and vulnerable young people. It provides structured training, mentoring, and digital learning resources to enhance the ability of youth NGOs to implement sustainable programmes in non-formal education, employability, entrepreneurship, and civic engagement. The project fosters transnational cooperation, enabling youth organisations to share best practices, scale their initiatives, and integrate structured methodologies into their work. Recognising the challenges faced by youth organisations in the region, PACE offers a comprehensive capacity-building framework that goes beyond immediate support. Through structured training, peer-learning networks, and a digital learning portal, the project ensures that youth organisations are equipped to work transnationally, engage young people in decision-making, and create meaningful pathways for their economic and social participation. This approach strengthens individual organisations while nurturing a collaborative ecosystem where best practices are shared, new initiatives are scaled, and innovative solutions continue to emerge. At its core, PACE strengthens the capacity of youth organisations to provide structured, long-term support for young people, particularly those affected by conflict and displacement. By integrating digital tools and fostering cross-border cooperation, the project enables youth NGOs to implement scalable, evidence-based programmes that address education, employability, and social inclusion. Its structured approach ensures that participating organisations can apply and expand best practices beyond the initial partnership, contributing to a more effective and sustainable youth sector in the region. PACE will impact 100+ NGOs, train 200+ youth workers, and support over 2000 young Ukrainians in developing the skills and confidence needed to rebuild their futures.
