With the project "innovative production & inclusive education" (IP & IE) will be discussed in the training to the constant technological changes. Using the example of additive manufacturing techniques (3D printing, metal laser sintering), the youth learned that a life-long training is necessary. Therefore, here the necessary skills (communication, teamwork, commitment, willingness to training, ...) be strengthened. With the technology of CNC and CAD / CAM connections to the future of additive manufacturing methods are this demonstrated.Important are the transversal competences (intercultural competence, tolerance and respect, willingness to stand up for democracy and peace, helpfulness, ...). These are the prerequisites for a successful Europe in peace and freedom. Therefore, refugees are integrated. Likewise, the personality will be strengthened by cross-border cooperation, misanthropic tendencies oppose.These form the basis for the project.The aim is therefore in multinational work teams - students as well as on teacher level - to strengthen these skills. At the respective partner schools project meetings are prepared and designed. So that everyone is a valuable partner and everyone understands the appreciation by the other. Each shows his skills and thus lose the fear to deal with the partners in new aspects of professional and cultural learning. This is important because in the career orientation phase (participants 16 to 20 years) a basic embossing is done here. The participants are in initial vocational training that teachers teach in each field and also in general education subjects.More than 300 participants throughout the project time will spread the importance of vocational education and intercultural learning for a successful Europe, these "multipliers".In total 8 Project meetings, both the teachers make in the new technologies continue as well as the trainees. In multinational teams the adolescents develop action- and competence-oriented. Participating teachers are the facilitators in each team. Between the project meetings are teachers and trainees in contact (email, Moodle, skype, facetime).Project results will be modules with different manufacturing methods and their further development. The competence of the participants will be strengthened to be able to evaluate the different methods and to be able to justify their statements. By action orientation the confidence and trust of the young people will be strengthened to take future needs in the workplace. Through international cooperation particularly the value of a peaceful Europe for their own work and life will be.
IP & IE's goal is to combine professional education and personality development in such a way that the willingness of young people is taken on responsibility in profession, society and politics. Vocational education guarantees participation in social and cultural life. In addition to the technical, general and intercultural education is necessary. If this is sufficient, our young people are no longer susceptible to populist and xenophobic statements and groupings. Through the Europe-wide cooperation, the young people also gain intercultural competences that are a guarantee for a peaceful and free Europe.
