In the Erasmus Project "Come Closer - together overcoming borders, instead of being bounded” five partner schools from Germany, Italy, Spain, Cyprus and France will be united. These have common priorities: "Inter- and trans-cultural learning", "Culture and School", "Life in diversity" and "inclusion". Based on these priorities, all schools are working in an intensive networking with other educational institutions. Many students become discouraged completing school successfully, for example, by limited language skills, learning disabilities, poverty, lack of equal opportunities in society. All five schools are working to boost the self-confidence of these underprivileged children and to inspire them for learning contents. Because curiosity and motivation is childlike in this age group, we want to generate enthusiasm for school through an interdisciplinary approach to the topic "Europe", allow them a sense of achievement and teach foreign languages. We intend to achieve by attending non-school establishments and the cooperation with experts. The project supports the exchange of good practice in regard to dealing with inclusive education in European schools. By sharing experiences, this schools can pool their resources and skills to promote all pupils in the classroom. Together new teaching materials are being developed in different languages, planned learning activities on European issues and carried out and implemented in inclusive learning. In the project many possibilities of action for handling of inclusion in schools are developed and the curricula supplemented. The cross-border cooperation is a sign to the society and the economy that schools are on their way, internationally, across borders, to establish cooperation in the exchange of each other.Children aged 9-14 years are working in the project "Come Closer" together. In this project they get the chance to know each other, to overcome limits physically and emotionally, to understand and to experience on a whole new way. Through joint learning activities in their schools, through project weeks with international classes and joint presentations and exhibitions Europe will be given a new home: in the heart, in the minds and in the awareness among all participants. There will be learning activities in each school where the entire student body participates on European issues (for example, fair Europe or digital Europe). Students visiting extracurricular places found within the specified topics and invite experts Finally the results will be presented in exhibitions and contributions to school events (Europe Festival, the Open Day, etc.). The schools exchange the experience and have learned in terms of "Europa News" and jointly overcome thus borders because they take part in the experiences of other students. In addition, in each country there will be a project week with guests from the other partner schools. The traveling children are ambassadors of their school and creating international classes. They jointly learn nationaltypical dances, experiment with dance steps, develop a transcultural choreography and make music videos in public places or attractions.
