This project will be developed by four school institutions in Italy, Romania, Greece and Spain who is the coordinator country and with students from 14 to 16 years.The analysis of the different contexts of our schools, the need to contribute towards an open and diverse society, as well as cohesive and peaceful, and the idea of contributing to the objectives of the 2020 strategy, force us to undertake this project "Fight against harassment: Mission Possible ", which not only will develop knowledge and skills required in each school system, but will also contribute in innovative ways to help young people feel the fundamental values of equality, freedom, pluralism, tolerance , justice, solidarity and equity.With this project we will help our young people become responsible members of a tolerant and respectful towards others society. Harassment happens to be one of the problems preventing to work and achieve the objectives that every school establishment pursues. The four countries participating in the project want to address this problem as it is in our facilities and we approach to it without a contextualized plan and without continuity. That's why we want after probing and awareness activities, develop a concrete, achievable and realistic plan to avoid harassment in our schools but also can be used in other schools, colleges, cities. A program containing actions and activities created by a European team. This is a real problem, but difficult to approach openly. It's time to do it. We believe that only projects like ours that present real figures on the table and preventive actions can help improve the life of schools and therefore also the academic results. The impact will be important for the five institutions: reduce harrasment and violence in schools, equity, a better life in schools, innovation in the classroom, promotion of social entrepreneurship, improving language skills, improving parent participation, decrease abandon and school failure, exchange and twinning between institutions for joint projects.We will use innovative technologies allowing to motivate and bring together our students periodically (eTwinning, Moodle, Skype ...). Students will design the logo of the project, the situation in each school regarding harassment will be analyzed, the actions proposed by governments to eradicate harassment and aid possibilities will be investigated. They will be formed to recognize harassment and teams of mediators and ambassadors will be formed to intervene and prevent new cases, they will produce results that will be reused in their establishments (action protocol, mottos, slogans, posters, video clips, short films, calendar 2018, Decalogue, database of usable materials), as well as other schools and universities, even beyond the period in which the project is carried out.Internet connections will exist during the mobility of students to keep track of activities and video conferences will be organized. They will also have the opportunity to be guided in their work through a virtual classroom Moodle that we will create for the occasion. The teams will propose actions to improve the analyzed situations. Each country will offer this work to the others, as well as the results. In this way we will have the multiplier effect. The teams will evaluate the work of the project, its development, impact and the products made by the people involved in the project. In the meetings common materials will be developed and disseminated that they will serve for a greater impact of the project. One day against harassment will be organized.During the week of2 May, 2018, the doors of the five facilities will be open to publicize and explain the procedures followed during the project to other institutions and to teachers of other schools. All results and developed products will be shown.The language used for the project will be French, but in order to increase the impact and dissemination, we will translate our results to the language of each country and to English.
Four schools, the Greek school which is a school of music and secondary education, the Italian school which welcomes pupils from kindergarten to 13 years of age , in Sicily, the Romanian school which also welcomes students from kindergarten to High school and the Spanish- English bilingual secondary school came to know each other through Etwinning four years ago. Having the same desire to start a partnership, they decided to broaden there horizons, to become more conscious of the European identity and to cooperate by working together on an an Erasmus + KA219 project. The four institutions realize that teachers, students and parents need to activate methods and strategies to prevent and fight against violence and harassment. They also want to involve their students in Europe and create at schools an atmosphere of calmness, equality and solidarity for all students that can continue over time and improve the academic results and the school drop-in. So the purpose of this cooperation is to : • Identify types of harassment: conducting training workshops for parents and students in each school and also during international group meetings. • Establish time for exchanges and activities between students and conduct debates on topics such as tolerance, listening to others, empathy, knowledge and acceptance of diversity in society, participation ... We created "The Erasmus + Club", when students meet to work on tolerance and friendship. There is also a program called TEI ("tutoría between iguales" ambassadeurs, mediators) which has been established and will continue at the request of students. The creation of a logo, the hymn of "En route" with its music and lyrics, the 2018 calendar, the charter, the plays, posters, slogans, commercials, debates ...are some of the projects completed within the Erasmus + KA2 • Improve the integration and use of ICTs. We have communicated with the use of new technologies, we have produced short films, commercials, a radio show, an ebook, we have used Etwinning, facebook, a website ... • Improve the skills in French and English of both, teachers and students, the internationalization of institutions: travel and mobility, communication, realization of scenarios, spots, slogans, posters, charter, workshop writing, etc. • Improve the collaboration with parents, schools and institutions by organizing meetings and joint actions with parents such as training workshops and preparations for travel and mobility. • Promote the European values as well as the social integration and solidarity through the different activities and works created during the meetings and throughout the project. • Improve the internationalization of high schools by traveling to other countries to other high schools. • Promote the participation and active citizenship of our students as well as the social entrepreneurship of students by addressing the problem of harassment and by being mediators at their high school and even at others schools. At the beginning of our project we conducted a google survey to analyze the starting point of the subject. We had another survey at the end of the project and this allowed us to realise that students, parents and teachers knew a lot about harassment and that they also knew to act. Life in the institutions has improved, there are fewer cases of harassment, more mutual-help and the protocol works as well as mutual-help programs like the TEI program in Spain. The training workshops with the parents will continue as well as the collaboration of the other institutions of the municipalities. The improvement of the institutional-family relations is clear. Workshops of awareness against harassment are planned for this year at neighboring schools. The Erasmus Club for students, a club that offer so many chances for speaking and listening will continue . The interest in exchanges in Europe and in language learning and teamwork has arrived. Regarding the teachers, we have got the desire to continue with European projects like KA229 or KA101 and with projects on Etwinning and even between department of different subjects, interdisciplinary projects ... The exchange of good practices aiming at quality learning and teaching is a reality. We have also contributed to the opening of our high schools to the municipality and to companies to Europe .... We have shared our concerns, we have found solutions, resources and the know-how .
