he schools will select the subjects (art, figure, migration, entrepreneurship, dance, fashion) from which the students will then carry out particular tasks. On the basis of each subject they will examine opportunities of developing their own educational path, which will help in making their choice of profession, they will know that they must be equipped with a right profession, knowledge of foreign languages and tolerance. The main objectives of the project are:1) To acquire knowledge and skills within the field of self development, educational path and selection of future profession 2) Increase the motivation to learn English and other languages - even those less well known, 3) Developing key skills such as mathematics and computer science 4) Support for students with fewer opportunities. The participating schools (Gymnasium) come from Poland, Latvia, Turkey, Germany, Italy and Sweden. Participants are between 14 and16 years of age. Students will collaborate on subjects, share knowledge, familiarize with new technologies and then distribute the results of their work. 65 students will be able to present the outcomes of their work in partnering schools. Their work will benefit every school and its surroundings. Each school has proposed theme activities and is responsible for the implementation of its parts for all partners. An additional challenge in the process of acquiring and sharing knowledge is the use of new technologies such as internet platforms, FB and other social media, mobile phones, podcasts, etc.As a result of the current world transformations, globalization, social changes - such as increasing unemployment and migrations, students face a more diverse society. Schools must take a proactive approach to acknowledging diversity and teach students to function in a multicultural, multiethnic environment. Students who will participate in the project with such a diverse population can develop an understanding of the perspectives of students from different upbringings. Students will interview participants, gather information, work on the collected data, prepare presentations and present them to the forum. Teachers will benefit from the project through the exchange of experiences ad trainings in the hosting schools. The parents as well as the “employment institutions” will be involved in the project. The results of the project will be photographs, multimedia presentations, videos, website, youth multilanguage dictionary, project datebook. The project will have a motivational effect on other schools in the region, demonstrating its educational values and will also encourage future strategic partnerships.
