General objective - developing social, inter cultural, civic skills whose effect to be the internationalization and personal development of all the participants, which will increase the efficiency of professional insertion on European labolabour market. Develop to 32 teachers the integration skills in the teaching process, methodologists, instruments used by the partners according to the project’s team and underlining the mixed ethnicities because of actual EU and Europe problems/partener. For the 48 students we will try to make them promoters of inter culturaly and to approach the educational and informal information without cultural implication, stereotypes and to adopt a real critical thinking. We choose to enrich the project bringing together different organizations and to solve efficiently and on time a certain need. The implementation purpose is involving 48 students between 14 1nd 18 in transnational studying activities developing social, civic, and cultural skills, all the students participating to transnational mobility. In the target group, there are also 36 teachers who will run the reciprocal training activities, will take part in transnational mobility and they also support students in producing their mobility activities. Moreover, this project represents a chance to exchange experience between the teachers from the implied countries. Because it will imply various student work strategies, it will develop those strategies and will improve the participants’ critical thinking. The languages and cultures of the countries implied in project will influence the activities.The project implementation will imply producing, in each participant school, of final products.At least 33 online meetings of the project team, 2 transnational meetings and 4 mixed mobility students, 4 mobility teacher.Our teams (community, students, parents and teachers) will be implied in a 32 month work, engaging themselves and having followings. We choose a participative approach and a coordinated organization that will apply the concept of European nationality and the necessity of developing tolerance towards other cultures and people.Choosing the activities was related to the objectives and partners’ experience and integrated in the project. These activities are based on working in different ethnicities teams. Teachers will develop knowledge and will understand the school systems of the others. They will exchange practices and will establish strong relations and future collaborations.Developing the intercultural students, parents and teachers’ skills will increase the curiosity for other cultures, countries, life styles, education, training and will enrich human, cultural, social and history knowledge. Copying the instruments offered by European space, students, parents and teachers will imply themselves in European cohesion.Students and teachers implied in the learning/training process will use English and will develop their linguistic skills. Each participant will learn words from the other languages, will imitate good cultural elements and they will relax their stereotypes.Using a foreign language will improve the direct and online communicationDissemination will be done to teachers so that can enjoy the same training opportunity so they can know and apply new didactic methods using new materials without stereotypes. Teachers will project Erasmus projects. We will appreciate our success observing the future attitude and the future interest degree.Students will avoid stereotypes in the future and they will enjoy inter culturallity. They will try to follow only positive models.Parents, communities and other people will be helped to know new cultures, fill choose the media information and stop judging people. Everybody will better know the purposes of EU by 2020 programme.
