Disability often generates a lack of social participation and a lack of access to fundamental rights. Among them, the right to nature is rarely mentioned. Nevertheless, access to nature is a source of growth and development for the people with disabilities. These organizations are experts in social and environmental issues. The project is to develop an intervention model to improve the access to the nature by youth with disabilities. This modelization, resulting from the synergy of expertise and experiences, will be concretized by an online resource. This ressources enables identification and interconnexions of the actors, and provides educational and technical resources to project promoters. The project will also be an incubator for concrete initiatives, resulting in the definition of 24 partnership initiatives created during the multiplier events.
