The project aims at strategic partnership between Austrian and Czech organizations that develop gender sensitive education, cooperate with schools and promote gender education on the national level within the strategic documents for education. The project wants to contribute to the exchange of good practice between organizations, experts, teachers and other actors in gender sensitive education through the internship in AT and CZ for 10 participants. The program of internship will include listening lessons in schools during the workshops, facilitated discussions with experts, group work, bilateral meeting with relevant stakeholder responsible for the national curriculum. The important part of the project is to contribute to the systemic change in gender sensitive education in Czech Republic and bring suggestions and recommendations based on the experience from international cooperation. The project will address also other target groups – young people during the participation on the workshops, teachers from involved schools, experts on gender education in AT and CZ, relevant stakeholders from Ministry of Education. The participants of the internship will be youtworkers, teachers interested in gender sensitive education with their own practice. The outcomes will include online network space, document with recommendations how to promote systemic changes in gender education, articles and interviews for publishing, updated and innovative workshops of the organizations and developed competences in techniques for gender sensitive education.
