The aim of our secondary vocational school is to strengthen practical skills of our students and teachers. We consider this project as being a useful tool how to support economical and professional education in the entrepreneurship field of students of three participating schools from the Czech Republic, Slovak Republic and France. The project is focused on setting up of fictional companies following their needs and experience. Each participant (a school) will set up one fictional company with a different object clause. The participants will have to make their own business plan respecting effective laws and regulations of individual countries, create a logo and websites for the project. The length of the project is planned for two years because there are several activities that the students are going to manage. The target group in each country will include all students of one class (a group of about 15 students) who will work on the project activities at their Practical Training Lessons under the charge of professional teachers. So we hope to support about 45 students at least. During the project students will work on activities under the tutelage of professional teachers such as a Fictional company setting up, preparation of an individual state presentation, preparation of the school presentation, running a business in a particular country, logo creation, webpages creation and Business Plan. These activities are necessary to be carried out transnationally because they help students to develop and strengthen their knowledge, skills and competences. The activities are closely interconnected with mobilities which should motivate students to be the best at their work and which should help them to understand multicultural and global problems. We plan to realize four transnational meeings (mobilities) at partnership schools in the Czech Republic, France and the Slovak Republic. Each mobility will last 5 working days, plus two days for travelling. The first mobility is focused on introduction of the project, presentations of countries and schools, introduction of the object clause of the fictional companies and webpages. There will be held a logo competition among the participating groups. The host country will introduce running of business in its country, there will be discussion with significant business representatives from the region and representatives of the Czech and Moravian Association of Women Entrepreneurs and Managers finished by a round table discussion. The second and the third mobility is going to be a workshop where the participants introduce of both content and work on the business plans of individual countries, the host country will introduce running of business in its country, there will be held discussions with significant business representatives from the region, round table debates and visits (educational excursions) of a significant regional companies. All mobilities will end by debates about following project activities, experience exchange and discussions. During the last mobility there will be held Final Conference where all participants will present their Business Plans (CZ, FR, SK). These business plans will be introduced to representatives of the Czech and Moravian Association of Women Entrepreneurs and Managers, Town Hall authorities and to some representatives of regional businesmen, a round table discussion about “do´s and dont´s” of the project will be held. The results and the impacts of the project will be foundation of a Fictive company by each school which needs to make a business plan. The results will be new School Curricula which will be implemented into School Educational Plans and which make studies more practical both for students and teachers and help students to get wider opportunities to be successful at the labour market both at home and abroad.
