There are many reasons for us to make our project about eating habits and keeping fit. As we all know our eating habits are changing due to the changes in our daily life. For instance, skipping breakfast is one of the main problems. However, having breakfast helps us be more energetic during the day. Eating breakfast is also helpful for us to eat fewer calories in the later day. Another reason is that most of the pupils eat fast food more nowadays. They don't eat enough fruit and vegetables and there´s a lot of sugar, salt or fat in fast food. However, our body needs only a little of it. In this project we aim at helping our pupils be more aware of this issue and grow strong and healthy. The pupils commonly drink coke as water but water is very important for them. In the coke there is much caffeine and this causes the pupils more anxious. We will also help them drink more water than the other unnecessary drinks. Due to the rapid development and growth within the pupils during the primary school years the pupils need more nutritional elements than the following years. For this reason, we aim to help our pupils have a good eating habit. We all believe " Healthy diet means healthy childhood; healthy childhood means healthy adulthood." In this project we will help them learn what to eat and also when to eat. Most of the pupils spend their free time in front of the computers. They don't want to move their body. Even in their buildings they rarely climb the stairs and they just use elevators. They prefer chatting with their friends on the net. We will be able to help our pupils be more interested in doing exercises and joining in a sports team Children spend most of their free time in front of the PC or TV and when they want to talk to each other they just phone or use social networks. We think the children should do some sports and free-time activities, too. It would be better not only for their health but also for improving their relationship with other people. They will be able to communicate in English, they will have an opportunity to meet people from a different country and make friends. Sports provide a tool with which we can teach leadership, confidence, discipline, tolerance, coordination and respect. Participation in sports supports the preservation of a clean and healthy environment.
