The VITIMOB project is the result of a 15 year long reflection, exchanges and partnerships that aim at professional inclusion of specific target groups in the viticulture professional area. The participation of representatives of this branch and from certification bodies in link with key partners employing people with special needs, aims at qualifying career path recognized in all partner countries and leading to employability and mobility of target groups. People with specific needs as unemployed people are twice as numerous as the rest of the population. The experiences lead by 7 partners in 5 Européena countries (France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Slovenia) shows that their employability is possible, that it requires recognition at the national level and at the level of the promoting countries. The conducted experiments show the possibility of entering the regular labour market as soon as recognitions of common law are validated. The transnational partnership includes learning companies and wine-producting social companies from 5 different countries, and that have addressed the issue of training and evaluation in the workplace, recognition of learning outcomes and certification. The partners aim at developing pedagogical and methodological tools, as well as European assessment guidelines and a software for vocational training in companies in order to promote a pathway approach. VITIMOB is committed to a new approach, proposing modular and progressive training pathway, recognized by the partnership and potential employers. In order to do so, the recognition tools will be designed at the same level of skills of the European Qualification Framework and according to the ECVET principle of recognition of learning outcomes and professional skills. Teaching and didactic methods and tools will be developed for trainers supervisors who will learn how to use them; these outcomes will be then tested with the trainers supervisors, and especially with the learners who will be trained and evaluated in the workplace in view of the validation. Playful, pedagogical, didactic, computer and web support tools will be available to all and in all partner languages. These tools and methods will be experimented in the framework of the learning activities and mobilities with 100 ultimate beneficiaries: • 5 trainers supervisors who will experiment the new tools, methods and postures regarding skills acquisition and assessment in the workplace • 20 learners who will be trained and evaluated in the workplace and who will be involved in the mobility activities • trainers supervisors from external learning organizations and training centres • representatives and employers from social wine-producing companies • legal authorities and certifying bodies • consular chambers and other professional representatives. The VITIMOB project will result in developing a European Portfolio VITIMOB - a digital skills portfolio in viticulture that will capitalize learning outcomes validated by the learners. Its added value will be their recognition by authorities in charge of certification in the winemaking area of the country, and thanks to memorandums of understanding that will validate and give credit for learning outcomes achieved in another country and in the framework of another certification. A phase of experimentation analysis, that takes account of the surveys, observations and results of the assessment in the workplace, will allow to adjust the intellectual outcomes so they can be used by the gratest number with efficiency. In order to achieve the results, the partnership plans 6 transnational meetings in each country and working groups on each specific outcome. Then, they will be disseminated during the multiplier events that will take place in each country and will involve at least one transnational partner. The impacts will be important for target publics who will be able to obtain recognition of common law and within a suitable temporality. An expected impact would be to reintegrate the notion of training and evaluation in the workplace and recognition that will result from it, as well as to generate specific postures between training actors. A long-term impact will be to allow career paths at European level in the field of vine and wine. The VITIMOB project is the result of more than fifteen years of reflection and exchanges between professionals in the vine sector (winegrowers, representatives of the professional branch), training sector (certification and trainers) and support for people with specific needs or low levels of qualification. From September 2017 to the end of August 2019, 7 partners from 5 European countries (Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Slovenia), training organisations and social enterprises, set themselves the objective of implementing progressive training and career pathways, recognised at the partnership level, thanks to the development of tools, and leading to employability and mobility of the target groups. The creation of a common job profile, meeting the needs of employers, with the objective of supporting career paths regardless of the type of training (formal, informal, non-formal), is one of the major results of this project. It is complemented by an occupational standard designed around level 3 of the European Qualifications Framework - according to the ECVET principle of recognition of learning outcomes and professional competences - and by teaching and didactic methods and tools. Transparency, in particular through the co-construction of a common glossary, and the quality process that prevailed during the project have been a guarantee of success. These elements have made it possible and will make it possible to have an impact on target groups and territories. To achieve their objectives, VITIMOB partners, pivotal points in each of their territories, were in charge of leading local clusters working on the co-construction of tools to facilitate inclusion and promote employment in the wine sector and equal opportunities. The main challenge was to guarantee coherence between the tools at the partnership level but also transparency both in professional recognition at the European level and with regard to the learning modality (formal, information, non-formal training). In 24 months, the VITIMOB programme produced the expected results thanks to a co-construction, cultural openness and curiosity of all actors. Once the global framework was formalised, each country addressed the issue in its cluster and introduced new inputs into the partnership during transnational meetings. The outputs developed were tested in working situations in partnership organisations with their target groups, as well as during European mobilities (3 in total). Learners, people with special needs, and tutor-trainers were therefore able to evaluate the use of the tools, which were adjusted and modified according to feedback and needs. 100 learners and around 20 tutors-trainers have been involved. Once these adjustments had been made, the intellectual outputs and tools developed were disseminated in each partner countries. The participation of learners contributed significantly to the success of the dissemination seminars. These events made it possible to measure the results with local partners and to note the immediate and future impacts in each country: - In each partner country, the process of official recognition of the VITIMOB job profile has started, in cooperation with legitimate authorities. - The methodology developed will be used by other organisations and will serve as a basis for a new training project in the wine sector in the Apulia Region of Italy. - A Training Organization is being created in Spain. - New jobs have been created in France, and will be created in the coming months in Slovenia, and the teaching tools have already been used by seasonal workers in France and Italy. The sustainability of the system is ensured by the incorporation of approaches and tools into the common law of several of the countries involved and by the commitment of the organizations to continue to improve the tools.
