The strategic partnership "Lovearth through Art" was conceived by the need of creating a large-scale, recognisable and shared space about the performing arts meant as a powerful tool of social integration and inclusion. It is the result of a previous cooperation among the partners involved in the project: Immaginaria coop Sociale (Italy), Fez-Landesmusikakademie (Germany), Stowarzyszenie Artystów BLISKI WSCHÓD (Poland), Education studio(Romania), Albergar-te(Portugal). The objectives of our strategic partnership for innovation are, above all: enhance the cooperation among the partners involved; increase the process of exchanging the good practices on the themes of the performing arts with a social impact and social media communication; improove the competences and techniques of our trainers in performing arts and social media, increase and experiment new methods of social inclusion through performing arts. The direct participants of the activities inside this strategic partnership will be 160: their profile will be mainly depicted by a strong motivation in participating in and starting a path of professional training and growth. In general they will be trainers, social workers, training artists, cultural operators interested in social communication 2.0. The activities which the partnership will realise are: 3 administration and management meetings( kick-off meeting, mid-term meeting, final evaluation meeting), 6 international training meetings in the sphere of social media communication, 5 international training courses dedicated to the development of inclusion techniques through the use of the performing arts (theatre, music, dance, stop-motion animation, integrated arts). The general methodology of the project will be the " Experiential Learning" known also as "Learning by doing", "Peer to peer" and "Coaching". These methods will allow, firstly, a deeper learning of competences from the trainers' inputs, secondly, the sharing and exchange of the knowledge among all the participants. The results of the project will be a platform on the web on the theme of the performing arts for social inclusion, with all the video and audio-contents coming from; the training paths realised within the partnership; a video- documentary summarizing the whole experience of the partnership and the improvement of the participants' competences in the artistic and social field; the social-media-communication, and a wider dissemination of the artistic practice in an adult age. The impact will be initially measurable by the partner prganizations, which, through this partnership, will have the opportunity to increase knowledge and competences of their workers; then, the results will be extended also to other associations, organizations and bodies operating in the same field. The potential benefits on the long run will be to generate a real virtuous cooperation path among the partner organizations, first; then, among the other fields of performing arts and social media communication, in favour of a social improvement and conception of more and more inclusive society.
