The main project target groups are teachers and school management workers. Main activities for teachers will be education in stress management while for the management workers -implementation techniques for everyday school process. To reach the project aim the following activities will be performed and outcomes developed: A pan-European analysis on good practices in stress management in Europe. The main objective of the analysis is to have the view of the current state on the European practices on stress management which can be transferred to the project partner countries. The methods used for the data collection will be based on ICT tools, on-line- questionnaires, and visits to schools. The data analysis will be carried out according to the predetermined methodology and result in a survey report. A manual of good practices of prevention of stress. The manual will be developed basing on the results of the analysis performed as well as on the feedback gained during the stress management techniques testing activities in schools. The manual will include best practices of stress prevention and management, a comprehensive guide defining prerequisites for the implementation of stress management, needed skills for the people involved, possible software and equipment needed, proposed training for teachers and necessary management structure for the activities. The best practices of stress prevention and management will be tested in schools of partners countries. The experience gained during the testing activities will be also included into the manual. An online e-learning portal with stress management programme for teachers. The e-portal for teachers will be developed simultaneously with the manual of good practices of stress prevention. The portal will include several modules on stress management with video tutorials and content. The developed e-modules will be tested with the project target group members and improved basing on their feedback. A network of Centres in partners countries for Stress management in the teaching profession. This would be a network of centres (schools) for learning stress management methods and sources of techniques for implementation of the methodologies into practice. Every center will make one workshop weekly from the selected techniques or good practices from the manual developed for the teachers from the school and all other who want to join. It will be a great tool to further disseminate project management results and Exchange of good practices. 3900 school teachers and administrative staff members - project target group members - will be directly involved in the project activities. A number of dissemination and multiplier events- conferences, workshops and stress management centre activities- are planned to reach larger numbers of project target group members and to benefit from the project results. The project consortium is composed of 6 partners from 5 European countries. All partners have relevant competence and experience in the field and their synergy will allow to implement the project with high quality results.
