This Strategic Partnerships includes only schools from Poland, Italy, Turkey, Portugual and Lithuaina .The aim of this project is to promote the Eco-friendly Practices in earlier ages at schools(EFPAS). The insuffiency of the Good practices and also teachers' experiences, school staffs' motivation,parents' support and pratical opportunities(time/place) are barries and limitations why the Eco-friendly Practices at schools start late. So, in this EFPAS Project , by the help of Erasmus+ Strategic partnership we intend to ... 1- develop regional, national and transnational awareness about EFPAS Project. 2- promote the teachers’ professional abilities and expertises about how well transfering the Eco-friendly activities to the students in earlier ages. 3-create a sustainable “ Eco-strategic Action Plan”,including the updated Eco-learning Methods. 4-help students to become tomorrow’s environmental stewards and encourage the students to develop new projects for ‘the renewable resources’ and ‘ Eco-friendly Technology. 5- be cooperator between schools and voluntary organizations in next terms after 2019. 6-build Eco-friendliness in between schools of the region,then among the schools of EU. The participants in this EFPAS are key persons,main target groups(teachers,students and student-parents), experts and the staffs of related and voluntary groups/organizations. Each of them will take directly and indirectly tasks and responsibilities while the goals and objectives of this EFPAS Project are being carried out.The number of the participants will be about 150000 with the visitors, social media readers, the staffs in all partner schools and the other staffs in the public bodies,govermental/educational instutitions and NGOs members. Within our project process ,the following activities will be carried out within the determined methods and methodology; 1 -Awareness and Dissemination Activities; -The regional and transnational awareness will be carried out by all partner schools about EFPAS Project by sharing the friendly activities, Green activities ,Eco-festivals /celebrations,Toy show, Eco-fashion Show, outputs, etc. within the disseminational tools(social media channels , webpages, web tools,e-twinning /EPALE). -A Project Logo will be determined for the Project Identity by international jury during first transnational meeting. -Eco-board / e-bulletin,illustrating Brochures for the natural beauties/environmental heritiges will be prepared in every partner school for the awareness and Dissemination. -Food Map will be initially prepared in Coordinator school,then in every partner school. -ID Cards for the extinct animals will be prepared by all partners -Eco-info tent will be built during Eco-day Celebrations in all partner schools.This activity will become common in school of EU. -Recycling activities, Planting tree if possible,Eco-fashion Show and Eco-trips, etc. will be organized by responsible school.The activity results will be shared within the disseminational tools 2-Quality and Visibility Activities; - Eco-citizenship Certificate for the adult participants and Green Stars for the succesful students will be prepared by all partners.This will enrich the quality of EFPAS. - An info-se will be organized by Portuguese School in order to develop an Eco-strategic Action Plan for their schools.This will promote the Eco-curricula activities in schools. -The results of the Surveys,Erasmuss+ quizs, Graphics will be evaluated by Italian school within the Evaluation Form. The results will promote our project quality. -An Erasmus+ guestbook for visitors' comments to learn the missing ways of our project. -And the visual and concrete materails in the activity process will contribute to the visibility of this project. 3-Sustainability Activities; -Eco-day celebrations,festivals and Green Activities will be traditionally organized in next terms after 2019 even when the fund ends -Project results ,outputs and documents will be kept in the archieves and uploaded to the Eco-info Banks of the all partners. Also,they will be shared within online library,Google Academy,National Geography Magazine, e-twinning and Erasmus+ Dissemination Platform. -The domain of the website will be at least 5 year after 2019. In sum; the results/outputs of EFPAS Project are hoped as following; - Good Eco-friendly Practices will be common at schools of EU in earlier ages. -Every school of EU will have a sustainable Eco-strategic Action Plan including the updated Eco-learning Method. -Eco-friendliness will flourish and grow in between schools ,then in community of EU.
This strategic school partnership,based on Eco-friendly Practices At Schools( EFPAS) ,was successfully carried out with collaborative work of Turkish,Lithuanian,Italian,Portugese and Polish schools. All partner schools enriched their Eco-school curicula activities such as separating, the recycling and reuse of waste materails,getting students to gain positive behaviors against to the Environment, preparing School Eco-action Plan,etc. We got lots of opportunities to see and analyze the “Good Eco-friendly Practices” in Turkey,Lithuania,Poland,Italy and Portugal,this event contributed that the teachers improved better their own professional competences in transfering the basic Eco-friendly profits/acquisitions to their students. They gained profeciency of integrating the outdoor activities into the Eco-curricula classroom activities while teaching/telling… -Water Cycle. -Separation of Waste Habit -Reuse of the used meterails -Smart-eating habit -Global warming and its results,etc. -Keeping water/air clean The students were able to catch chances to got new Eco-friendly profits and to transform their previous theoritical learnings to the practical learnings within EFPAS Project work. The Eco- sensivity flourished and grew between kindergarden age students and the upper age students. The Key persons actively participated in this Project.They contributed that EFPAS Project was succesfully managed. The main target groups( students,teachers,parents) actively and stakeholders (civic and public organizations) directly/indirectly participated in Project work.The school administratives supported EFPAS Project and developed School Environment Management With this transnational strategic partnership , the planned activities and the determined objectives of EFPAS Project : A-the awareness work with determined activities-by all partners 1-Eco-day celebrations 2-Building Eco-points 3-Eco-craft work and exhibitions/stands 4-Eco-fashion Show 5-Eco-trips 6-Food festival for healthy future/ Food Map 7-Info-seminairs-by University educator staffs / Presentations-by school students B-the improvement in quality and visibility of EFPAS Project 1-Surveys/questionairs were applied .The results were evaluated and announced. 2-Eco-citizenship Certificate for adults who participated actively in Project work 3-Visual/concrete meterails were used C-Project dissemination activities in a Plan-by Italian school( Promotional tools( Mug,Keyring,Magnet,etc.)contributed to this process).The main dissemination tools: 1- Project website(http://ecofriendly.europole.org/)-by Italian school 2-Twinspace-by Portuguese school( user name: eco.evaluation/ password:123456). 3-Social media channels/local newspapers/ school facebookpages 4-Erasmus+boards and Eco-points D- Project sustainability in a Plan- by all partners.During final meeting, a Strategic Sustainablity Plan was prepared; 1-Keeping each result and output of EFPAS Project in EFPAS Project file and in school archieves. 2-The accessiblity to website and Twinspace at least five years 3-Traditional celebration of Eco-day on every June 5th at schools 4-Sharing Good Practices of the Project in Google Academy,National Geography when possible. 5-Sharing the results in Erasmus+ Dissemination Platform At the end of this two-year work , from kindergarden age group to the upper age groups the "Eco-friendly behaviors" have flourished and grown between students.Environmental Literacy in school communities increased. The number of the students who are reluctant to participate in environmental activities got lower. The participating schools’ quality,visibility,prestige grew in regional,national and transnational levels.They got adequate experience and expertise to sustain Eco-friendly Practices for healthy environment.
