The plan of the project has been founded on a past analytic investigation of the key difficulties of the youth work of every organization. This study has empowered us to recognize the advantages and needs of the 3 partners, organizing those that can be covered through the good practices transfrer from the 3 members. For example, youth workers of the three taking part organizations, AWA, Permacultura Cantabria and ZISPB, coincided in distinguishing the disheartening of the youngsters consulted, towards some exercises (extraordinarily about learning and citizen mindfulness) offered by their own particular entities. Our involvement in the field of youth work has demonstrated that including youngsters in leadership, outline, usage and assessment of their own activities, prompts the accomplishment of a two fold point. On one hand, we help their inspiration and participation, and then again their development and confidence, and also other vital abilities for their future integration in the labour market. The MAIN OBJECTIVES of the project are: 1. To recognize and exchange the best practices of the three partners to the youth workers to recreate and encourage enterprise in youngsters, lessening the danger of rejection. 2. To teach entrepreneurial, management and inspiration abilities to the young workers of AWA, Permacultura Cantabria and ZISPB through a Dragon Dreaming Course, increasing their capacity to apply them in their associations and youth groups. 3. To assure an effective impact on entrepreneurship and youth society by the dissemination of the project activities and outcomes, including an e-book, Dragon Dreaming Movie and multiplier events. MAIN ACTIVITIES in the Project include: The acknowledgment of two transnational meetings, in which two delegates of the participating entities will assess the current situation of the project. Likewise, the delegates will talk about how they could add to bring business enterprise and how to introduce young people. Likewise, 6 members of every entity will take care of a 10-day course in Spain, whose goal is to learn and encounter a participatory and inventive procedure for project design and business entrepreneurship called "Dragon Dreaming". The approach of the course will connect each theory session with useful collaboration to together characterize the key zones expected to begin writing a sustainable project and how to motivate and engage participants in the course of the entire project. After the trade exercises, the participants of the course, will use the Dragon Dreaming methods learnt with their separate teams of young people, in an inner 4 months’ workshop, sorted out by every institution. In this workshop, these youngsters will plan their own motivational course, using the Dragon Dreaming method and having the support of the youth workers, keeping in mind the end goal to characterize the project with the fundamental detail and quality to be decided for the Erasmus+ grant. Once that the proposition is composed, the youngsters will be urged to display the project in the next Youth call, either as a casual gathering or through their own particular associations. In order to maximize the exploitation of the results and that all the youth workers can apply this technique in their communities, a dissemination campaign will be carried out to dissenate the outputs: E-book, Dragon Dreaming Movie. Both, e-book and movie, are valuable tools that any youth worker or young people around the world will be able to have and develop sustainable projects. IMPACT expected: 1.
