PEOPLE – feeling well; BENEFITS – profiting for life; KNOWLEDGE – learning diversity! These are the three principles our school focusses on primarily. This is also the reason why they have been implemented in our mission statement, in order to be constantly reminded of them. As a matter of fact in our school it is each individual teacher’s duty to integrate these principles in their lessons. The above described Erasmus+ project aims at developing our students’, as well as involved teachers’ and cooperating people’s talents Whatever position the involved person taking part in the project is – whether student or teacher, employee or immediate superior – in any case people from different cultural backgrounds are going to cooperate They do not speak the same language and are somehow not ‘the same’, so we are going to be confronted with situations, in which the involved partners would normally not find themselves in, in short this is an enormous opportunity. Sharing and exchanging knowledge with regard to training companies and junior companies, understanding different attitudes and learning from each other are prime aspects of the project. First and foremost our project partner wants to learn from us how to set up and lead a training firm as well as fully understand which factors have to be considered when operating in such a company. Particularly interesting in this connection are the differences between a fictive (training firm) and a real (junior company) company. What are the differences and which processes are needed to fully to make these companies work in the lessons. If we enter this project with a positive feeling and we reach a positive result our aims will have been fulfilled – to learn and profit from each other.
PEOPLE - feel good; BENEFIT - benefit for life; KNOW - learn diversity! These three areas are areas in our school to which we attach great importance. Therefore, we have incorporated them into our school mission statement so that we are always reminded of them. Every teacher tries to do his best to implement these three pillars in the classroom. With this Erasmus+ project, which we designed together with the HTL in Ceske Budejovice, we wanted to offer our students, but also the participating teachers, the opportunity to develop in the area of the training firm, but also in the related theoretical subjects. No matter what position you are in, whether you are a student or a teacher, a worker or a supervisor, you should have the experience of working with people who do not belong to the same culture, who do not speak the same language, and who are therefore not "the same" as us. All this could be made possible with this project. We were able to share our knowledge of training firms and junior companies, as well as all our previous knowledge with our project partner, exchange information, hear other points of view and learn from each other. It was very interesting to see how another school especially from another country sees this system of ÜFA (fictitious company). First and foremost, our project partner wanted to learn from us how to run a training firm, which areas have to be considered and how the daily routine in such a company works. The differences between the fictitious company (ÜFA) and the real company (JC) were particularly interesting. Are there differences? Which are these and especially, how is the process - which differences are there in the process of such a lesson. All these areas were worked on together during the stay of the Budweiser school with us in Freistadt. We started this project together with a positive feeling and for our part we can clearly state that the goals were largely achieved - to learn from each other, to learn with each other and to benefit from each other.
