Project summary

Context All Partners want to collaborate to give innovative opportunity to their students in the field of entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship and Active citizenship and visit foreign country realities, local projects and sharing the best practices developed locally in the past years. The objectives of this project are focused in 3 axes for the students of our high schools: - Entrepreneurship: be able to stimulate the creativity and project ideas of our students, supporting them with professionals, mentoring, coaching, and specific training in this field. - European Active Citizenship: spread this feeling to have the pupils start to think that they are part of Europe, they are the future of Europe. With this project, we want to improve the students' autonomy, creative thinking, improve problem solving and foreign language competences, and, at the same time develop the teacher’s efficiency, the school steering efficiency, and boosting employability of our students in an era in which the unemployment rate is very high all around Europe. About the training activities for students 16-17. Creation of a virtual company and virtual product and creation of NGOs after the analysis of needs of the different local communities. The target of dissemination activities is represented by different actors: - Local community - Parents - Other teachers in the schools of our region - Other public insititutions - Public Administration and policy makers in the educational, labour market and social fields. Impact on Institutions The first impact on all three institutions will be to get a photograph of how they are seen by the pupils(and also teachers and principals) of the partner schools. This will be a first step leading to more reflexivity and will at the same time strengthen the positive points and boost evolution. The second impact will be to enter deeper into a collaborative European dimension which will contribute at the same time to reinforce the identity and dynamism of these institutions and lead them to further cooperations. Impact on participants All participants are going to "grow", linguistically, culturally, and in humanity.
