New challenges in small towns is a project with a duration of 2 years, which involves the schools CEIP Ntra. Sr. de la Cabeza de María (Spain), St. Viator de Sopuerta (Spain), Szkola PodstawoTwa im. KS. pralata Józefa Bigusa w Baninie (Poland), Istituto comprehensive Santo Stefano di Camastra (Italy), Agrupamento de escolas de trumpet Court (Portugal). The project is designed for students aged 10 to 15, and it is inclusive. There will be exchanges of students in which boys and girls of all partners will participate. The project focuses on working, developing, enhancing and disseminating the key competence of " initiative sense and entrepreneurship". We propose two final tasks: to develop a traditional recipe book and market it at both a physical and digital level. Another task will be to create a mini-business of social nature. We want our students to have contact with real life and awakening them in initiatives, that are able to "undertake" and manage educational mini-businesses. Among our goals we emphasise the next ones: Our objectives are: * Medium-term increase of the number of entrepreneurs and the decrease of the abandonment of rural areas. * Give our students the tools and basic knowledge for entrepreneurship. * Enhance the educational and social value of Europe's cultural heritage, its contribution to job creation, economic growth and social cohesion * Encourage those pupils who are at risk of exclusion or dropout reinforcing the identity and group membership. * Promote linguistic, social communication and establish bonds of friendship by stimulating the idea of European citizenship. * Enhance the inclusiveness and equality of opportunities for all our students. Activities have been raised to achieve these objectives and their implementation will be carried out on a regular basis according to an established schedule. In the evaluation, we will integrate the results of satisfaction of all stakeholders, directly or indirectly. The evaluation will be done in a quantitative manner: using tables, forms (form google), surveys, quantification of results, Excel table with data of sales, expenses, establish measurable indicators. Also the evaluation board from a qualitative point of view based on observation reports on the activities and events of the project. Dissemination activities are fundamental to this project, each project partner must participate actively in this task. Therefore, partner schools will remain a day with opportunities for publications, workshops, meetings of organizations, lectures, conferences and participation in various events that enable the dissemination of our project.

Physical and virtual mobilities have been involving boys and girls from all partners. The project focuses on working, developing, enhancing and, disseminating the key competence "sense of initiative and entrepreneurship". Two final tasks have been carried out: to produce a book of traditional recipes and to market it both physically and digitally. Another task was to create a social mini-company. Some of them have been: the dramatization tour of the town, sale of artisan products, promotion of the book, etc. Our students have had contact with real life and we have awakened in them an interest in entrepreneurship, business, and the economic world. Among our objectives we highlight: * To increase the number of entrepreneurs and a decrease in the abandonment of rural areas. * To provide our students with the tools and basic knowledge for entrepreneurship. * To promote the social and educational value of European cultural heritage, its contribution to job creation, economic growth, and social cohesion. * To encourage those pupils who are at risk of exclusion or dropping out of school by reinforcing their identity and belonging to the group. * To encourage linguistic and social communication and to establish bonds of friendship by stimulating the idea of being a European citizen. * To promote inclusiveness and equal opportunities for all our students. The activities have been carried out to achieve these objectives and have been carried out periodically following the timetable, although with some modification by COVID 19. In the evaluation, we will integrate the results of satisfaction of all the agents involved, directly or indirectly. The evaluation has been carried out quantitatively: using tables, forms (google form), surveys, quantification of results obtained, Excel tables with sales data, expenses, etc. The evaluation has also been approached from a qualitative point of view based on observation, reporting on the activities and events of the project. All the educational communities of the project partners have been involved in the dissemination of the project, which is very important for us. Pupils have disseminated in their environment, family, social networks. The families have disseminated, especially the physical mobilities in their environment and social networks. Teachers and those responsible for the project have participated in seminars, training courses (as speakers), press releases have been sent, radio, project website https://twinspace.etwinning.net/74693/home, social networks such as Facebook, with its group, school publications. This dissemination has allowed other schools to become interested in our project and could be the seed for other teachers. All the schools have been directly involved in the dissemination of school, local and regional levels. The project will be maintained in the centers, especially visits to examples of entrepreneurship, promotion of the recipe book, the inclusion of the recipes in the educational programmes, promotion of the locality, sale of artisan products. This ensures the sustainability of the project. https://twinspace.etwinning.net/74693/home
