Our institution, Kaposvári Festetics Karolina Központi Óvoda Művészeti Bázisóvoda (Kaposvár Festetics Karolina Central Kindergarten Artistic Base Kindergarten), Accredited Excellent Talent Centre, Qualified Reference Institution, European TalentPoint, is the Base Institution of the Kaposvár-Somogy county Talent helper Council’s Kindergarten Section. Developing the talented child’s personality and talent qualities is very important for us. We can say gladly that we have developed a number of good exercises, we joint together the kindergartens in Somogy county which work with artistic programmes, also we help the institutions to become a talent point and work together with the talent point institutions. With the development of ’TALENT’ programme we would like to work together with international institutions, develop our competitions, share one of our good exercises which could be used successfully in partnership institutions, this is the Tücsök Zenekar Zenei Tehetségműhely’s (Grig Band Musical TalentWorkshop’s) published good exercise. It is important for us to strengthen the interdisciplinary relationship among the teachers. As a partner institution, the csíkszeredai ‘Kis herceg’ Óvoda (Csíkszereda ‘The Little Prince’ Kindergarten) will participate in the project. From both institutes 5-5 kindergarten teachers who are innovative, open and professionally prepared, will take part in the development and implement of the project. During the cooperation we will learn about the everyday life and culture of each other. We will get an insight into the different educational system, we will also look for similar points while we are getting to know better each other’s talent management, working together and achieving the project. The talent management will not limited to the activities of the project, it will take part in the whole life of the kindergarten. So we recommend working out common, joint methods beside our available educational systems, in this case hopefully the children’s involvement will be changed for the better owing to the different interests, creativity and motivated facilities. During the implement we will show our tradition and folklore holder work while we give opportunity to look into them, we will organise trainings to give the possibility of professional development, we will visit each other in order to give methodological suggestions. With the help of our artistic activities we will show and emphasize our methodology, innovative and alternative pedagogical proceedings, and all of these will be available to be used by our partners in their own routine. The involvement of the parents is also very important for us in this project, so we will organise a family day in both kindergartens. We will be able to emphasize the helping environment and the very important role of the family. Creating and maintaining the positive attitude to the talent management and arts, we will compare our achievements and hopefully these achievements will be give us impetus to continue our work to achieve our long-term goals, to build new international relationships. As a result of this our work at the kindergarten will be more colourful, the competence of our teachers and confidence in using the appropriate methods will develop, the children and their parents will be more pleased and finally all of these will help our environment where we work.

We can gladly say that we’ve worked out several good exercises, joining forces of the kindergartens that have art departments in Somogy-county, helping their evolution into talent centers, and helping the work of those who already succeeded at it. With working out “TALENT” we’ve succeeded realizing our talent nursing work in the confines of national collaboration, passing on such an unique musical education good exercise, which can be successfully implemented in our partner-institutions, the published good exercise of Tücsök Zenekar Zenei tehetségműhely(Grig Band Musical Talent Workshop’s).Joining as our collaboration partner in this project was the ‘The Little Prince’ Kindergarten of Csíkszereda. From each institution 5-5 pedagogues was involved in developing and realizing the project. We’re proud that we first lit the candle in our brother-city Csíkszereda –where our colleagues were professionally prepared and open minded towards talent nursing. In our collaboration we got to know each other’s cultures in the search for common ground with the help of the introduction , development and realization of the process of talent nursing. Talent nursing resides in all of the life of the kindergarten, for this reason in addition to the already existing methodic package we’ve helped involving the children in artistic activities based on their individual interests, creativity and motivational attributes with the development of monthly project activities. (Collective ring games on the world-day of music, kindergarten concert on the day of Hungarian culture, “Pincétől a padlásig” dance house at the carnival, musical talent nursing workshop works titled : “A bűvös csengettyű” and “Itt a farsang hív a tánc”.) With the realization of local programmes we shared a mutual insight of our folktraditionkeper work. With the realization of practical and theoretical retraining in the confines of the TALENT programme of Kaposvár and Csíkszereda we’ve provided professional reform and methodic counseling during the visits to each other’s institutions. During the presentation of the musical activitities we have emphasised musical talent nursing methods based on metallophone play, innovative and alternative pedagogic methods, which out partners implemented for themselves with the establishment of Csíki Tücsök Zenekar Zenei Tehetségműhely (Csíki Grig Band Musical Talent Workshop’s). During the realization of the project the attendance of the parental community was important to us, so in both institutions we have realized the joint familiar programme with the promising talents. As a result of the open mindedness towards talent nursing and arts we have successfully passed on the musical good exercise, of which the true winners are the talentpromises and the pedagogues who are open minded towards talent nursing in both the institutions in Kaposvár and Csíkszereda. These achievements provided us such momentum that allowed us to further proceed with our work, and meet our long term goals, and to continue establishing international contacts. As a result the work in our kindergarten richens, and with the application of new methods the competences of the pedagogues also evolve, the children and the parents will be more satisfied which improves the environment in which we work.
