In these schools staff are interested in learning new educational methods for fostering students' inclusion: this cooperation will be a great opportunity for us. The second meeting will provide a theoretical training entitled “Early intervention classes”, Psychologist’s and pedagogies’ educational programs and the so-called "Emotional first aid kit". During the exchange, teachers and students will observe several types of therapy activities and work simultaneously on them (i.g. individual and group counseling, kinetotherapy sessions;). The participating teachers will enrich their experience with new methods and strategies, while students will increase their self-confidence, have patterns of work and activity for the future, develop socialization. The project will involve and have an impact on all schools’ communities: students (SEN students above all, aged 12-20), staff and parents. The number of those taking part in the programme will be about 500. Also, local authorities, the local community, small enterprises and educational institutions will be involved: about 4000 people are expected to benefit from the project. Communication among partners will be mainly carried out via e-mail and WhatsApp and tasks will be assigned to each school according to their specific area of expertise. As regards the project evaluation, partners will assess if objectives have been met: during our 2 years’ work; at the end of each meeting; when the project is finished - in order to know about the impact that the project has had on each school’s educational process. We believe that the project will have a long-lasting positive effect on the professional development of teachers (who will be able to introduce specific teaching methods and new digital tools) and on the success of students. The cooperation will also continue after the end of the project: the project website will be regularly updated with new ideas, while our teachers will become models for other professionals. All six schools involved will promote dissemination activities for the school staff, pupils and parents. The results will be disseminated by: discussions; information meetings and school events; workshops, audio-visual material, websites, ERASMUS+ link; newspaper articles, social networks, E-twinning; Live presentation of innovative teaching practices.
