The project "Entrepreneurship: practical, innovative, creative" was created thanks to the cooperation of six high schools from Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania, France, Turkey and Spain. The partnership consists of 4 technical secondary schools and 2 general education schools. During 2 years, we are planning 120 mobilities for students aged 14-20 and 60 for teachers. Pupils with disabilities and with fewer educational opportunities will participate in the activities too. While creating the project, we based on previous experience in teaching entrepreneurship, organization of thematic activities, implementation and evaluation of international programs, analysis of students' needs, interviews with representatives of the local labor market and reports regularly prepared by schools. Based on it we intend to exchange the core curriculum, the European Commission's publications on entrepreneurship. The project includes activities developing key competencies: entrepreneurship, creativity, IT and social, communicational and personal skills. We focus on activities that shape attitudes and practical skills, which will be accompanied by the acquisition of knowledge. The most important point of exchange of good practices and cooperation between schools is learning by acting on the basis of local and international prepared activities. We want to activite students, increase their creativity, leaving the teachers the role of adviser and helper. Students will develop critical thinking, problem solving, creative approach to tasks. The role of mentors and experts is entrusted to future students' employers, entrepreneurs of local labor markets. The aim of the project is to prepare the student for an active entry onto the labor market thanks to the knowledge: visits and meetings in large and small companies. This will allow participants to understand European and local standards, positions, environmental culture in the labor market, establish cooperation between schools and companies, and incorporate a practical dimension to entrepreneurship education. Important points of the exchange program will be organization in 3 countries of the Entrepreneurship Fair as a show of acquired organizational, creative, linguistic, social and entrepreneurial skills. We are expanding the core curriculum, focusing on 5 essential contents: 1. Personality Traits of an Entrepreneur 2. Interpersonal communication 3. Labor market 4. Description of organisations 5. Evaluation of activities. We will prepare six international short-term exchanges of students and teachers, which will result in the creation of innovation in the subject of entrepreneurship. Innovation will be created by: - website of the project with didactic materials in English and 6 national languages: dictionary of entrepreneurial terms international application documents business start up guide business plans virtual companies directory with the description of virtual companies lesson plans for entrepreneurship Activities will be prepared using methods that activate, among others debates, discussions, simulations, practices, workshops, demonstrations of skills, educational projects. We plan to use methods in the field of informal education, preparing collages, comics, dramatic scenes. We will use modern didactic tools - information technology: virtual platforms, visual applications. The understanding of the process of the companies’ creation will be the result of the students’ activities. Schools will strengthen the European strategy dimension, the image in the environment, the quality of teaching, and eliminate the barriers between theory and teaching practice. We assume the long-term impact of our project. Innovation will be able to be used by European teachers of entrepreneurship, English, vocational subjects, in the classes of interest groups, entrepreneurship, and also during the organization of European Days, Entrepreneurial Days. The materials will be available on the project website, on the results platform of Erasmus + projects, in Twinspace, on the websites of companies cooperating with schools. We have planned various channels for the dissemination and promotion of the project through the creation of a website, presence in e-Twinning, social media, on the selfie + platform, organization of local events - fairs, cooperation with local representatives of educational, cultural and educational authorities and meetings with parents. The established partnership of 6 schools assumes action based on the exchange of good practices in learning and teaching, cooperation, promotion of the idea of entrepreneurship, principles of equality, and respect for the rights of participating persons.
The project "Entrepreneurship. Practical, innovative, creative" was created thanks to the cooperation of 6 secondary schools from Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania, France, Turkey and Spain. The partnership consisted of 4 technical secondary schools and 2 general education schools. During 2 years we have carried out numerous school, local and international activities aimed at developing entrepreneurial competences among students and teachers, promoting the idea of learning through action and the role of education in the European dimension.
