Struggle with the peer bullying for the disadvantaged students; in the strategic planning of European Union 2020 under the title of giving support to risky young people with disabilities or diseases took place in order to protect them from the probable social exclusion. Under the title of struggle with peer bullying project which we created on E-twinning, a large number of schools from abroad and domestic schools were included, and with their inclusion we have been sharing quality suggestions on the internet about preventing peer bullying. It is seen that the most important problem of disadvantaged students are peer bullying. Since these students are not capable of protecting themselves and they are seen as easy targets. With the surveys we have applied, it is seen that absence rate of disadvantaged students has increased to 25%, and the rate of school drop outs of these students has increased to 30%. Encountering with such a problem for the first time, unfortunately the working team and the counselor of our school could not get efficient solutions to the problem. School drop outs of disadvantaged students are still continuing. We see the peer bullying as a big problem. It is important for us to prevent these disadvantaged students from dropping out their schools by ending this peer bullying and to make them have their education fully and acquire a job and be a self-sufficient individual in life. This motivation leaded us and our partners to create a strategic partnership focusing on the exchange of applications. Our partners are from Italy, Romania and Lithuania. Firstly we will hold a transnational meeting in Turkiye and we will update ourselves about using the budget effectively, and the management, application, dissemination and sustainability of the project. Local media, local executives, families, local schools and the other sharers will be invited to the project activities. We will also create www.dezzor.org, e-twinning, local and internet media, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter accounts open for the use of the project. In Conclusion; Some disadvantaged students are observed to be successful. In order to get their diplomas they have to be in the education system. Peer bullying is seen as a threat for them and their families take their disadvantaged children from school. Our aim is to destroy this threat and ensure that these disadvantaged students are connected to life. Effects and Long Term Benefits; By means of this project, all the partners will have the opportunity to scrutinize all the strategies and methods used, we will have chance to bring the application standards to our school, region and to our country. Awareness about the subject will be created among the society. We also want to develop the feelings of team spirit, entrepreneurship, cooperation, affection and pity among the students. We will become a model school with the help, knowledge and education of our participants. We will be able to prevent school drop outs of the disadvantaged students as it is involved in the 2020 European Union Strategic Planning. By this way, they will be provided future job opportunities and we will be able to support their future employment possibilities.
