This project is a partnership between four countries, in the UK, Turkey, Germany and Italy. Our project will be based on entrepreneurship and inspiring at risk young people who are struggling with adolescence, often with absenteeism problems and difficulty adjusting in school, at risk of dropping out and joining illegal groups. We aim to improve their engagement with school and make them more hopeful, active and useful citizens in society. Young people without any aim or hope for the future are like arrows without targets. We can’t say that our world is safe which is full of untargeted arrows. Through this Project, they will have the chance to implement the information that they have learned from books theoretically but cannot carry out it in real life. They will negotiate with successful entrepreneurs and communication specialists. Meeting successful business people and communication specialists will inspire young people and they will be good role models in the process of reintegrating them into the society. They will introduce business people who they take as role models to the students from partner schools. When they meet these successful entrepreneurs, they will increase their confidence and hope in themselves and they will have the perception that they can be successful like them and their future will have a meaning for them. They will define strategies by doing team work. They will create a business area with the strategies that they specify. The other partner schools will be a kind of marketing area in Europe for them. Each partner school will establish a business in different scope. By interviewing with the teams in partner schools on the behalf of the company which they will set up, they will commercialize their ideas. Different business scopes will contribute to the improvement of the students’ knowledge and awareness in different fields and broaden their horizons. The students who have acquired entrepreneurship spirit before graduating from school will start their life hopefully, being experienced and one step ahead. Our project will raise awareness of entrepreneurship and help young people understand the skills and attitudes needed to succeed and enable them to get an insight into what it would be like to start a business. Approximately, 100 students and 20 teachers will take part in the project. The students will carry out the activities under the guidance of their teachers. The students will create an emagazine, a real pop-up enterprise, visual presentations of role model entrepreneurs, project logo, poster, interview role model entrepreneurs, visit Chambers Of Commerce Industries in partner countries, produce visual presentation of their countries’ culture and traditions, and prepare an Erasmus corner in their schools. The teachers will arrange their national and international project teams, organise meetings to introduce the project and its objectives, carry out etwinning subproject, prepare evaluation surveys and reports. We have planned our dissemination activities to promote the objectives of the project in the dimension of national and international. All the activities will be prepared in English by using web tools and the interviews with the entrepreneurs will be recorded and shared in the project dissemination tools. Thus, more teenagers will be inspired with the objectives of the project. After getting approval, we will form project dissemination teams both at partner schools and between the partners. Each partner has accepted their responsibilities. After completing the activities, an expert will evaluate the objectives. It will help us criticize ourselves objectively. Our methodology will be activity based because of real pop-up enterprises and solution oriented with the positive effects of role model entrepreneurs to the youth. The Project will be completed in two years. However, we have made our plans to make the objectives of the project beneficial in long term. That’s why entrepreneurship clubs will be organized in the partner schools and the idea will be presented as a suggestion to the school administrators in the region of partner schools. Global Entrepreneurship Week will be celebrated with different activities and students out of the project will be given responsibilities. All the activities and feedbacks will be shared in the project dissemination tools. Thus, partner schools will be able to follow each other and continue inspiring the youth. The friendship that they will make during international project meeting will keep going and even they can make their entrepreneurial ideas real by collaborating with each other.
