Firstly, Europe became one of the most diverse societies during the last century in many aspects such as social, culture, ethnic, economic, etc. comes with this diversity and increasing of the numbers of migrants and refugees racism and hatred towards newcomers because of fewer opportunities and higher unemployment rate and the cross culture society which makes young people whether to be introverts and stick to their culture of enjoy the mix. Therefore, we Proposed to have this project consist of the "World Peace Game" to put all crisis of the world aside and let the youth and students solve the game in one week using creativity and imagination. "Peace lens" wanted to see as much youth solve this game cause it's a very effective way to overcome most of the difficulties mentioned above as a reference it's very known game in US as it's sustainable game affects families and communities. "PEACE LENS" is going to fit the WPG with european atmosphere, Partners been discussing the idea and how to implement it with the european context to give the youth workers a powerful tool to enrich their skills and capabilities Plus to integrate, innovative training methods. Secondly, it's a matter of objectives is to overcome crisis as mentioned in first paragraph so here are they. - it will enhance the work of youth workers who works in this field - new approaches and methods to grab attention of receivers as "students and youth" Thirdly, the idea is of selection the participants and their profiles. The four partners are from a different parts of europe with a lot of different perspectives such as luxembourg and germany have a lot of migrants whether from europe or outside because of good life conditions, in Italy more of refugees and in Denmark is the least diverse compare to others the diversity in the team enriching the outcome with all different outcomes. Europe became one of the most diverse societies during the last century in many aspects such as social, culture, ethnic, economic, etc. comes with this diversity and increasing of the numbers of migrants and refugees racism and hatred towards newcomers because of fewer opportunities and higher unemployment rate and the cross culture society which makes young people whether to be introverts and stick to their culture of enjoy the mix. The partner consortium proposed to conduct the 'World Peace Game' to solve the pressing issues of today. The Project Peace Lens had the aim to fit the WPG within European atmosphere as partners been discussing the idea and how to implement it with the European context to give the youth workers a powerful tool to enrich their skills and capabilities besides to integrate, innovative training methods. Project Objectives - enhancing the work of youth workers involved in field work - new methods to entice the attention of youth, including working on conflict resolution and building understanding of communities, peoples Partner Consortium The four partners from across Europe brought together a lot of perspectives into the project. With the varied country profiles (Luxembourg, Italy, Denmark, Germany), diversity within countries and local communities were well brought into the project's implementation during the course of the three years. LISEL, Euro-Net, IYDA and Crossing Borders together were able to reach out to multiple target groups across not only the constituent countries, but across Europe. Non-Formal Learning methods played an important part in the implementation of the project, especially as the partners have previous experience of working with one another, eg. Peer Circle Process, Open Space Technology, World Café, Appreciative Inquiry, Storytelling, Proaction Café, and Harvesting. Activities LTTA: One activity was held in Denmark (Joint Staff Training), while a second proposed activity was cancelled in Italy due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Participants in the staff training were able to play the game and the entire six-day training was a real eye-opener for all involved. Multiplier Events: They were held in Germany and Italy, allowing for further dissemination of the project's objectives and results. More participants were able to join in physically in the events that we expected, so this was a really glad moment for the project. TPM: Four TPMs were held that allowed the organisations to coordinate, manage and discuss all items related to the implementation of the project's objectives and achieving its results. Intellectual Outputs IO1: Overcome Crisis Creatively Reference 'OCCR' IO2: Handbook of Peace in Europe through gaming These were the two Intellectual Outputs that were created and shared during the project's timeline. They can be accessed freely under peacelens.eu, the project's website. We expect the participants and others to further use these two intellectual outputs available on the website to generate newer ideas to overcome crises and other conflict-oriented situations. Through this project, we hope the targeted youth are able to function as mentors and help in transformation processes in their daily work, especially through the experience they have garnered being a part of the project's activities.
