Objectives

Internationalisation, embedding in international partnerships The priority for school quality is the improvement of intercultural knowledge and project management knowledge, because this knowledge is the key to successful work in Europe. Through the project, the participants acquire practice-related intercultural skills and project management skills, which they can use to a great extent for their further academic and personal development. As a so-called side effect, the teachers should also achieve an improvement in their foreign language skills, because the existing contacts will also be cultivated as a result. Teachers who attend the intercultural workshops will expand their intercultural skills in order to be able to teach more effectively in heterogeneous classes. Through international communication, we also experience a better understanding of the cultural and educational contexts in Europe. Direct contact with European teachers improves intercultural skills when dealing with European students and colleagues, especially because there have already been job shadows at our school.
