These members learned about the registriation process, about the mangagement of Erasmus+ and about the new Erasmus+. BRG Wels is an experienced Erasmus+ school. As secondary school we find the cooperation with primary and other secondary schools essential. The cooperation is very important for the learners success . The Erasmus+ Consortia is one way to improve communication among the educators. The advantage for primary school teachers is, that when they learn foreign languages also their intercultural understanding improves and they can act more flexibly in heterogenous classrooms and are able to mangage the challenges of parent inclusion in the educational process. The advantage for BRG Wels is all teachers get to know the challenges the other teachers have in their insitutions. This improves the support for the learners when it comes to choose a secondary school. The cooperation among the schools strengthens the social competence and the teambuilding competences in the participating schools. Teachers also develop didactic and thematic competences. The procject fosters the European identity and stregthens respect for each others´ work. Job Shadowing develops knowlegde and competences as management skills. All activities foster school development in the region.
