An important goal of the European Development Plan of our school is to increase the motivation of the team colleagues. The fact that several colleagues of a subject group attend the training courses in a partly informal setting and, due to the input experienced in the courses, are able to develop together ideas for innovative teaching during the course-free time is a special added value of the KA1 teachers' training. As the experience of this project shows, all teachers came back to school from their international training strengthened by the new experiences and by refreshing and actively applying their English skills. They feel motivated to share their experiences and innovations in their teaching with other colleagues and their students. Strengthening the self-confidence of the colleagues of the BHAK BHAS OP is also an important goal in the development planning that is completed by the EU teachers' trainings. The international opening of our school and the awareness of the team colleagues was additionally promoted through the EU teachers' trainings.
One of the most important goals of our school is to strengthen the teachers' language skills, especially in English, by participating in international trainings. Through the Erasmus+ courses, the colleagues should have the opportunity to experience learning content and teaching methods in an international context, which they are not offered in our region or in the immediate vicinity. Language skills, and especially knowledge of English, are of great importance to the teachers at our school, as foreign languages play a central role in the fields of business, communication and tourism, which are the focal points of our educational offer. Therefore our colleagues are very interested in attending further training courses in English in a group of international teachers in order to be able to network with colleagues from other EU countries.
