The primary goal of this project was further education and training in the field of English language teaching by attending the following teacher training course: Methodology and Language Development - Attending the intensive English course at intermediate level (level B1-B2) at the language school CES Center of English Studies in Dublin, offered the participating teachers the opportunity to significantly expand their knowledge and skills. In addition, we offered also the administrative staff the opportunity to take part in such a further training project. Also this field of a school requires the English language. Therefore a goal was not only the English-language teaching, but also the general English knowledge of the teachers and the administrative staff. For this reason, there was also the opportunity to attend a General and Business English Course.
SAY IT BRITISH 2 is a follow-up project to SAY IT BRITISH 1, which our facility successfully completed on May 31, 2018. Due to the sustainable results from the first project, we wanted to make this experience possible for other colleagues. Unfortunately, due to Great Britain leaving the EU, it was no longer possible to work with Oxford House College in London. However, attending the courses in Dublin was a good way to compare experiences.
