Background

The aim of the project was to broaden the ways of working in our professional environment by getting to know other methods, thus creating a more child-centered and child-friendly pedagogical environment and new support opportunities. 1.Project - Smart Teachers Play More in Alicante STPM is a way of thinking and teaching to combine academic, social and personal goals with movement, play and sensory activities. It was very important for me to gain this experience and to get to know many new ideas and methods in order to support the children in our institution in the best possible way with a playful approach. 2. Project: Comparing Pre-School Philosophies: : Waldorf - Montessori - Reggio Emilia Methods I decided to take this course in order to get an overview of the different pedagogical approaches in order to make a better decision with regard to an additional education. On the other hand, I wanted to establish a more child-centered way of working in my existing work environment.
