Due to the employment situation in the tourism region of Carinthia in the field of gastronomy, this internship abroad, i.e. work experience in an international environment, is of great importance. Apprentices with experience abroad have thereby increased chances of employment. During this stay abroad, they learn many new ways of working, which they can later apply in their own company. Furthermore, the apprentices' independence is promoted, their self-esteem is increased and new friendships are forged.
