By supporting occupational mobility across borders, by increasing their self-confidence as well as the confidence in their abilities, by overcoming language barriers and finally by furthering their real-life work experience along with job-related skills students will be well-prepared for future studies, working life and life in general.
In autumn 2019 the entire class 4ck, i.e. 25 students, was planning to stay abroad. The main purpose of the two week stay in Dublin was a job-related internship. The students were placed in host families. Our partner organisation was the ADC College, a centre for languages and further education. It had been involved in the successful development and implementation of the European mobility programme for many years and is closely connected to regional enterprises. Anna Rogge, the Country Manager, was the person in charge for our school and our students while they are doing their internship.
