The following overarching objectives are based on the identified needs of re- qualification of the experiential learning pedagogy: * To explore and acquire technical skills in visual presentation and recording in order to provide an extra stimulus to the learners that will help them in reframing and deepening the experience through visual feedback. * To deepen - with leading experts in emotional intelligence - the most updated understanding of the role of emotions in learning and to practice key techniques that support individuals in aligning thoughts and emotions. * To specialise in body and movement exercises that can be used in learning as a way to make the learners aware of the inner and outer processes that can support or hinder learning and change and to take informed choices that results in coherent actions
alp applied in order to offer alp member a re-qualification of the experiential learning pedagogy by exploring the following key questions: * how to complement the pedagogy used in training courses to fully support the experiential learning process of the learners at the events? * which support measures need to be put in place after the event to complement the learning process of the learners and to secure its sustainability in applying the results in the working contexts of the learners? * which practices can be taught to the learners that can be accessible for the learners as a way to self-resource and self-motivate in dealing with difficult situations and emotions or in going backwards compared to the learning achievements felt just after the end of the course? and for strengthening the alp core offer both in terms of contents and methodology used to make learning more sustainable.
