By implementing this project we aimed to improve and refine the communication skills (and their connections with relationships and values) of Youth workers and organisations providing them competences, tools and methods to address their work to marginalised youth, especially those at risk of exclusion - as indirect beneficiaries. It spreaded European values of tolerance, dialogue, respect of human rights firstly among youth workers - as a common reflection, awareness and empowerment of communication tools against violence - and then among youth. More specific learning objectives were: 1. To gain the knowledge about different forms, strategies, good practices, norms and mistakes of communication; 2. To gain practical skills of communication to be used in working with youth coming from different backgrounds and with violent (even verbal) attitude; 3. To experience the barriers of cooperation and learn from them strategies to cope in a daily life situations; 4. To learn how to give and receive feedback; 5. To gain skills of using Non-Violent Communication methods by M. Rosenberg and adapt it within diverse groups; 6. To gain skills of Transactional Analysis; 7. To trigger discussion about Media literacy and how critical thinking and positive communication skills can open the new generations to share common fundamental values of our society: freedom, tolerance and respect instead of hate and fake news; 8. To plan follow-up sessions about communication for cooperation in each partner country; 9. To enhance Non Formal education methods and recognition of NFE learnings producing a Blog written by participants daily and a final visual presentation of the follow- up activities, to share with bigger target group 10. To facilitate the creation of partnership for further projects among the organisations (through the positive exchange among the organisations); 11. To strengthen participants and organisations competences and capability in youth work and international dimension and cooperation.
