Objectives

The goals of the project are: 1. To enable our workers and team leaders to increase their professional skills in the prevention and treatment of drug-addict people and support of their families. As the public hosted in Trempoline is constantly changing and evolving, it is very important that our workers could adapt and develop in order to respond of an increasingly precarious public. 2. To enable these workers to maintain and strengthen their motivation in the exercice of their daily work and thus avoid burn-out. 3. To increase the quality of the services offered by Trempoline and thus be able to respond optimally to the different needs of our beneficiaries. 4. To enable the creation of new knowledge as well as its transmission between experts and "trainees" in an adapted way depending of each situation. 5. To improve the understanding of our public through trips that will allow our workers to better know the cultural differences of each country.

Background

The population hosted in Trempoline is increasingly precarious and constantly changiing. With an Erasmus+ project, we wanted to increase the skills of all our workers and thus improve the range of services offered to our beneficiaries. In addition, this project is part of the continuing education of Trempoline because it allows our workers to meet colleagues all around Europe in order to exchange new ideas and expertise as well as to search for new tools and good practices to implement in their daily work. As mentioned before, our population has changed a lot over the last years and keep doing it as well as our needs. Therefore, all our workers must submit a training trip project during the 2 years of the duration of the project. Continuous staff training is a priority for our association and is a part of the strategic vision for the years to come.
