The coordinator of the project is Catholic Education Flanders. Pedagogical guidance supports more than 200 schools. Guidance works not only supply-oriented but also mostly demand-driven. The schools in this consortium formulated the demand for the guidance to be based on the OECD publication, Paniagua,A and Istance,D. (2018), Teachers as designers of learning environments; the importance of innovative pedagogies,Educational research and innovation, to set up a network in order to create an Erasmus+ KA1 consortium, allowing the schools to learn internationally. Writing an Erasmus+ project themselves is still often a "bridge too far" for some schools. Main causes are that schools usually lack the manpower, resources, time and even expertise to do this. This is where Catholic Education Flanders plays a supporting role through this project. Participating schools can count on the administrative, financial, content-related and logistical expertise of Catholic Education Flanders, which takes a lot of work out of the hands of the schools, so that they only have to occupy themselves with realizing the content of the project. The content of the project is specified, discussed and decided by the partners themselves.
