The job shadowing focuses on the following objectives: - Need to deal with inclusion and diversity. - The need for entrepreneurship within a broad society. - The need to think European, to get rid of the "church tower mentality". - The need to develop language skills and meet the growing demands for intercultural and foreign language communication in business. - Need for a salmon effect, because now there is a lot of confrontation with the waterfall system. Pupils often make the choice of a subject area too ill-considered, which makes it difficult to motivate them for activities within their specific subject area.
With this observation internship we want to gain insight into how our colleagues from Cesenatico innovate in their schools. We want to find out how they show their commitment and how they make sure the pupils are involved. We also want to learn which techniques they use to increase the students' enjoyment of learning. This by working on the following domains: - Inclusion and diversity - Entrepreneurship - European thinking - School fatigue - Language skills
