Background

Quality development and professionalisation are central. Internationalisation is inherent to educational innovation. Adult education focuses on opportunity education, which is committed to qualification of the most vulnerable target groups. A differentiated teaching practice within intensive pathways is necessary. Within this teaching practice, the teacher is coach and subject expert. It is a continuous challenge for teachers. Through an international exchange, we want to give teachers the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of this subject expertise, specifically the craft accessories and body care team. The latter group can then simultaneously see their students grow within their mobility. In addition, we want to give the most vulnerable target group the chance to acquire a broader view of the profession through an international experience, thus increasing their chances in the labour market. The focus on transversal skills, such as cooperation, entrepreneurshap, innovation and creativity will make them stronger for the job and them as people. The main target group here is that group of trainees who, without Erasmus mobility and support, have no chance for such an experience . The target group here is body care.
