5 partners from 3 countries: Belgium, Germany and Serbia met in Tilff, Belgium for PBA activity and decided to develop a project to empower young people including those with fewer opportunities with new competences. Host organization is Udruženje Svetlost because they have a lot of experience in international youth work and organization of different international activities.. Project goal is to empower young people with fewer opportunities to become CRACS in the local and European community. Objectives are: To empower people with fewer opportunities from passive consumer behavior to active participation and taking care about gender perspective, To experience multi-culturality through meeting and working with youngsters coming from different cultural and linguistic backgrounds, To discover new approaches in non-formal learning influencing youth participation, To become aware of European community and to use opportunities of Erasmus + program as a tool for development of culture of youth participation and gender equality. Partners care about young people in the communities and want to help them lead active and fulfilled roles in the community. Youth voice in community, participation, citizenship, gender perspective, citizen education and engagement are topics partners want to mainstream in commitment of young people they are working with.
